The Ministry of Dance/ Where Come From

Dancing is primarily a physical and visual means of praising honoring and thanking God. In the Bible it is often combined with song and instruments. Dance is a form of prophecy Miram the prophetess took a timbrel in her hand and all the women went out after her (followed) with timbrels and with dances. Ex. 15:20-21. They were thanking God for making them victorious over the egyptian enemies. They had a victory celebration in dance. Miram was the first women to dance in the Bible. That was nothing rehearsed or practiced IT WAS WORSHIP and PRAISE out of the heart of the people.

Where Are The True/Real Worshipers???

Matthew 4:9-11 reads: And says to Him, All these things will I give You, if you will fall down and worship me.(10) Then says Jesus to him, Get you from here, Satan: for it is written, You shall worship the Lord your God, and Him only shall you serve(11) Then the devil leaves Him, and behold, angels came and ministered to Him.

That's how we should be today Ministry of Dance is a Ministry...........................Not a Performance, Show, Competition but a Ministry. Everytime we go out to minister it should be for one purpose only and that is to bring God's people in to Christ. To see people saved, set free and delievered. To worship your God for in his word all He ask is to receive a Worship from you and all things he will give to you. All of your heart desires, your needs, more finances, better jobs, ect. In all things that we do, make sure that you do them to uplift the name of the Lord and to enhance the Kingdom of God.

Why I Minister

I always loved to dance when I was growing up I would out dance everybody at the parties......people could not wait to see me dance. God took that and used it for HIS Glory. I never took a dance class in my life I'm 32 years old and been dancing since I was 10. As I became a teeneage I started changing my music and dancing in churches that allowed dancing. Praise dancing was not as popular as it is now.

I dance because God has truly called me and Gifted me in this day and time to minister through dance to His people. I listen to songs and God gives shows me visions on how He wants the song to be ministered. Sometimes it is hard for me to rehearse or practice because like I forstated above Dance is a form of prophecy and sometimes God wants us to just flow under His anointing, dwell in his presence and WORSHIP HIM.

Ministering in dance is a healing moment for me. When I'am destress or down in my spirit I can go before the Lord in dance and receive my BREAKTHROUGH. I thank God for the gift I am honored to be used by God in the way that He uses me. So many people lives I have touched and changed and I give God the Glory because I could not do it with out His anointing.

Everytime I get ready to minister I am always being tested in some way. Thats lets me know I'm a threat to the ememy. I give God the praise HALLELUJAH because I prepare myself to minister to someone everytime I go out to minister.

The key thing is to make sure you Prepare Your Body A Living Sacrfice. My 5 steps to preparing your body in the spirit rim.

Romans 12:1 I BESEECH you therefore, brethren by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service.
